As a leading Spotsylvania home improvement professional since 2005, Inside Out Construction has had the privilege of working with the residents of the greater Fredericksburg and Stafford area. We contribute the growth and success of the company to one thing — we put the focus on the customer!
So, you’ve decided you want to make some exterior or interior remodeling changes and you’re anxious to get started. You’re first thought is of course, who to trust with something as important as your home. How much is this going to cost me and where do I start?
IT ALL STARTS WITH THE ESTIMATE!
Without a well-trained and informed home improvement professional to talk you through all the details of your dream project – how are you supposed to know if you’re talking to the right home improvement contractor for the job? Inside Out Construction is a Class A licensed contractor (2705147755), and we’ve met with thousands of customers and can say with confidence that we’ve seen, heard, or talked about every potential home improvement project in one form or another.OUR PROCESS
We offer a full free 1-hour home improvement consultation to discuss the project in great detail. We’ll walk you through the process and review any and all questions that you may have. After the initial meeting, you will be given a fully itemized proposal with all the components of the project, which you as the homeowner, should and need to know about the project. From pre-construction meetings to discuss things from permit requirements to design and details of the finished project – Communication is Key!
We pride ourselves on an open, honest, and transparent process. We utilize a ‘budget system’ that allows homeowners to see directly what Inside Out Construction is charging them for materials such as Vanities, Tubs, Toilets & Tile! Our budget system also empowers the customer to see how and where to spend their budget on the ‘important and impactful’ things that will truly change the look and feel of their current basement or bathroom space. We have meetings with you to review all the ‘budgeted items’ and how they fit together or impact one another. If you’re worried about putting everything together and how it will look – don’t be – we’ve done this a thousand times! We’re here to guide you throughout the design phase right into the construction phase!
THE CONSTRUCTION PHASE
Once your home improvement project is under construction, your feedback is encouraged! We send out weekly progress reports during construction, in addition to pre-scheduled meetings at certain phases of construction just to re-cap work that has been done and a look forward review of upcoming tasks to be completed! You will also be given notice of upcoming payments or final material selections in order to keep your project on budget and on schedule!
OUR WARRANTIES
We offer a full 1-year warranty on any and everything we install. Depending on the products – there are often additional product warranties available, and we’ll inform you of these along with any warranty registration requirements on your part.
