I interviewed several contractors and Josh was the best customer service and communication. I have hired lots of contractors in the past, have done construction and this group was one of the best. They were largely on time and definitely on budget. They had to demo the kitchen, move the dining room wall, refinish all the hardwood floors and rebuild the kitchen to a high-end specification. We designed the kitchen and IOC set us up with a great cabinet source. The cabinets are all plywood boxes, with rollouts, soft close hinges, drawers and doors. All the cabinets, hardware, plumbing, electrical and appliances are high end. They were able to complete the work pretty much on schedule. Having done construction in the past, I expected issues and there were a couple of issues during construction, The issues were quickly resolved. Definitely recommended! I will be using IOC for our next project.

We had an addition built by Inside Out Construction and I cannot say enough good things about Josh and his company! He is honest, upfront and backs his word 100%. We signed the contract in August and were given an estimated completion date of December 16th for them to build us a new laundry room, full bathroom, bedroom, office and beautiful front porch. They not only kept on budget but on time with our final inspection passing on December 19th! The crews were all very nice and respectful, always cleaning up after themselves and doing their best to keep the dust and mess down while working. (I work from home so I witnessed all of it)
We had a couple small snafu's and Josh immediately stepped up took responsibility and corrected the situation, going above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Josh's attention to detail is no joke and he makes sure his crews follow through and redo any mistakes or imperfections. Which speaks volumes for his integrity and Company name. I will recommend Inside Out 10/10 to anyone looking to have any home improvements done, and look forward to working with Josh & his company again in the future.

I highly recommend Inside Out Construction for their professionalism, skill, communication, promptness, and work ethic. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would. They were friendly and hard working, and they answered questions when I asked about the process. The job was to take out an old patio door and install a new one. They removed rotten wood from underneath where the old, leaking door had been and replaced it with a solid framing. They then installed the door, taking their time to ensure a perfect fit. The end product is solid and beautiful! I am so impressed by everything about this company.

Your guys did such a great job. Everything is so beautiful! I am so grateful Josh! The deck looks amazing. The power washing of the house makes it look brand new! The bathroom is beautiful and the ceiling looks awesome! And they found another leaking spot over the other bathroom and fixed it as well. I didn't even know about that until Gerson showed me a photo right before they left. Sending you and your family blessings and a big smile that I can't seem to wipe off my face!

They totally came through on all of these qualities. It was a major job, remodeling the kitchen and replacing stipple ceilings, adding lighting, new flooring, and tripling the windows so we could see the lake from our home. We are very satisfied and impressed with the crew, many of whom have years of experience. Josh Mosser always kept in touch with us throughout the project. Now we are looking forward to working with them in the fall to replace exterior decking and add new siding to our home. I absolutely recommend inside out construction to everyone! A few months ago we woke up to a broken sewage injector pump in our basement and more than half our basement was totally ruined. A friend recommended inside out construction to me for the remodel and I’m so glad I listened. Josh and the staff are honest, friendly, and professional. Me and my 3 roommates are all women and I think it’s important to mention that we all felt very safe with the workers in our home. They were all respectful and kind. Owen, the project manager sent me updated texts every evening to confirm what had been done that day and what to expect in the day ahead. Communication with both Josh and Owen was effortless and timely, with responses to my texts almost immediate. Josh even took it upon himself to contact the insurance adjuster at times I was unable to reach them. I just loved the crew and the work they provided and I will 100% use them in the future for any and all remodel projects on my home.

We just had IOC do a master bath renovation. Complete gut job and installed new vanity, pocket doors, shower and sauna. The custom shelves were perfect. I would highly recommend them.

We hired IOC to add a year around the Garden Room to the back of our house. From start to finish the job was professional and things moved forward at a steady pace. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant, customer centered and friendly. We were especially impressed with the detailed contract that was presented to us in the beginning and updated on a regular basis throughout the project. Our house is in downtown FB and suffers from tight spaces, lack of parking and many "old house" peculiarities. Josh, Owen and the entire crew were creative, flexible and always kept a sense of humor. They were respectful of our property, left a clean job site every day and were very careful with our neighbor's property. The addition looks terrific, and we would not hesitate to use them again!

Hired Inside Out Construction for a complete basement finish project (wet bar, bathroom, bedroom, TV room) and everything turned out great. Josh and his crew worked closely with us to make sure we got everything we asked for. The estimate was clear and we understood where all the money we paid (which was less than multiple other estimates) was going. I would recommend the IOC for any project in my home.

It was so much fun working with Inside Out. I have done multiple renovations before but this time was different because Josh and his team were so professional. They did what they promised, were creative in finding cost cutting solutions, and they treated my home with respect. Each day prior to leaving, they cleaned the site...I have never experienced this before. It was amazing.
